TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GHOSTCODED LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ghostcoded LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice. You may terminate your account at any time through the Service or by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

  • Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA
  • Disputes: Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware
  • Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect
  • Entire agreement: These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Ghostcoded LLC regarding the Service
